Of course you can.
It depends on what Browser you use but:
In Firefox- Go to, Tools, Options, and change the Homepage there.
In Internet Explorer- I Thinks its, Tools, Internet Options.
This could be wrong on how to set the Homepage but YES you can definitely have wowhead.com (pretty good site BTW) as your Homepage.
